• What other industries do you serve?

  Currently we only serve in the hospitality industry.

• Would an investment in the hospitality industry be profitable in Türkiye?

  Of course, it will be successful if you are properly informed of the vital information. Without this, you will face some challenges, as the Turkish culture and the Turkish business world are quite different. But we at Momentum would never encourage any interested party to invest in Türkiye without our professional guidance.
  

• What makes your company stand out from the competitors?

  Quite honestly, we don’t believe that we have any competition! We have not found any similar concept in Türkiye so far, so we firmly believe that this is a great time to apply it here. We have been researching and working on this concept extensively and we are launching it for the first time. It does require some initial investment though, because as we all know, you must spend some money to make a lot of money!  
  

• Can this concept be partially executed?

  We strongly feel that we should all be on the same platform. No cutting corners or applying shortcuts and/or affordable alternatives. This must be done right! Please excuse our direct approach, but we know what we are talking about????.
  

• Can existing facilities also benefit from it?

  The short answer would be yes, but only if the existing facility has enough square footage available for the upgrades to be applied. 

• : Are you offering your concept to everyone, or do you have requirements or radius parameters?

  We have a vested interest here, so there are certain requirements and location parameters that we are applying in order to conduct business with the proper interested parties.

• Do you play a role in the operational leadership?

  Although we would not become your permanent employee, we can assist in finding a location, and/or a facility, the contractors & necessary vendors, the employment of staff and the marketing & advertising of the facility. 

• Do you feel the risk would be minimized due to your services?

  100% YES! You will benefit greatly from our expertise and background information. We will always be just a phone call away. 

• What size of investment would be ideal?

  This would be up to you. You can simply tell us your ideal budget and we will inform you if it is feasible and give you our professional insights.
